Portwell PCOM-C7000 (assembled with PCIe extension cards) is designed within ATX form factor with COM Express Type VII row connectors. It is suitable for evaluation testing of Portwell's Type VII COM Express modules with the flexibility and expandability of PCIe and network extension cards. With the combination of the PCIe extension card it fulfills ATX form factor standard. In a total of 32x PCIe lanes, you can have 3 different combinations of PCIe x16, PCIe x8 (PCOM-C7000-P1), and PCIe x4 (PCOM-C7000-P2). PCOM-C7000 not only supports one on-board GbE RJ-45 port, with network extension cards it can also have either 4x 10GbE SFP+ native SFI signals (PCOM-C7000-N1) or KR signals using PHY Inphi CS4227 (PCOM-C7000-N2). Portwell is able to provide carrier board design guide for customer to design their carrier board as a reference. This can shorten customer's carrier board developing time and make the development quick and easy. The PCOM-C7000 provides COM Express Type VII support in addition to fulfill wide range of device connectivity for prototype and flexibility.
